• You acknowledge that you do not own the underlying technology or intellectual property that makes up the FitCheck AI service, and you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of fitcheckai.fit and any third parties.
• While you retain ownership of your uploaded images and personal data, you grant us a license to use this content for AI analysis and service improvement.
• The intellectual property rights to AI analysis results, scores, and recommendations we generate belong to fitcheckai.fit.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using FitCheck AI:

• Uploading images containing inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content
• Malicious use or abuse of the credit system
• Attempting to reverse engineer or crack our AI algorithms
• Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service

• Attempting to bypass any security features of the service
• Bulk uploading or using automated tools to violate service usage

Pricing and Payments

Credit System

FitCheck AI uses a credit-based billing model. Different features consume different amounts of credits:

• Voice Feedback: 10 credits
• Image Optimization: 15 credits
• Prompt Regeneration: 5 credits

Payment Terms

• All purchases are final, refund policy please refer to Refund Policy
• Prices are subject to change with notice to users
• You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected credit package
• Payment terms are based on your selected payment method and package

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service under the following circumstances:

• Conduct that violates these Terms of Service
• Uploading inappropriate or harmful content
• Abuse or malicious use of the service
• Conduct harmful to other users, us, or third parties

In such cases, we may terminate service without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

AI Service Limitations

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Special Notes:

• AI-generated outfit analysis and recommendations are for reference only and do not represent absolute fashion standards
• Different cultural backgrounds and personal styles may affect analysis results
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated recommendations are suitable for all users or occasions

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, fitcheckai.fit shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service
• Any losses due to inaccurate or inappropriate AI analysis results
• Any disputes or damages arising from inappropriate user-uploaded content

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless fitcheckai.fit, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:
